- Backward outside pivot (from a standstill forward inside three-turn, outside edge travel around the toe)
- Waltz jump (moving with speed)
- Half Flip jump (moving with speed, inside edge required)
- Moving backward to forward two-foot turn on a circle (counterclockwise)
- Half Lutz jump (moving with speed, outside edge required)
- Single Salchow jump (moving with speed)
- Single Toe Loop jump (moving with speed, outside edge must pass the toe)
SPINS 1
- One-foot upright spin from a standstill push and forward outside three-turn (4 revolutions)
- One-foot upright spin, entry from one backward crossover (3 revolutions)
- Scratch spin positions gliding in a straight line
- Backward inside pivots (clockwise and counterclockwise)
- One-foot upright spin, entry from one backward crossover (4 revolutions)
