Spring Session - Dates:

  • Saturdays: March 9, 16, 23 & 30; April 6, 13, 20 & 27 

Cost: $272 for 8 Week Session - $34 per class includes 85 minutes of instruction consisting of 55 minutes of on-ice training (Skating Skills, Jumps and Spins) and 30 minutes of off-ice training (Physical conditioning and skill acquisition). Does not include public session passes. 

  • $40 drop-in rate
Schedule
  • Academy 1-6 (85 minutes Total)
    • 9:40 a.m. - 10:35 a.m. 55 minutes On-Ice Instruction
    • 10:40 a.m. - 11:10 a.m. 30 minutes of Off-Ice instruction
Levels Offered

NEW - Formerly Academy 1 will now be split into Academy 1, 2 and 3. Formerly Academy 2 (Moving Axel Level) will now be Academy 4

  • LI Academy Levels 1-6 (Completion of Academy Prep 2 required)
    • Academy 4 requires skaters have a moving Axel Jump and ready to work on Double Jumps

Academy Curriculum

New! Academy - Jumps & Spins

Academy Jumps and Spins focusses on the movements and mechanics of jumping and spinning. This class is geared toward single jumps and basic position spins, giving the student an opportunity to get some extra class time on the more difficult elements in skating. It is a perfect complement to our more comprehensive Academy program and great for supplemental work on jump and spin techniques.

Spring Session Dates:

    • 12:15 p.m. - 12:45 p.m.

Cost: $184 for 8 Week Session - $23 per class includes 30 minutes of on-ice training (Skating Skills, Jumps and Spins). Does not include public session passes

Learn to Skate USA Membership

Learn to Skate USA membership is required for all classes.  Membership for July 1st, 2023 through June 30th, 2024 is $18.50.
